Welcome to Simple Spaces & Co. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 
1. Services Offered

Simple Spaces & Co. provides professional home organization services, including decluttering, organizing, system design and moving/downsizing support. Specific services will be detailed during your consultation and included in your custom quote.

 
2. Booking & Payment
  • A free initial consultation is available by appointment.

  • All service bookings require a signed agreement and may require a deposit.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted forms of payment: [Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Venmo, etc.]

 
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.

 
4. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean environment for services.

  • We require access to the space being organized and permission to move, sort, and remove items as agreed.

  • Final decisions on what to keep or discard are always made by the client.

 
5. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all information and personal belongings with care and discretion. Your home and personal details will never be shared or photographed without your written permission.

6. Organizing Products & Recommendations
  • Any recommended products will be tailored to your space and lifestyle.

  • Clients are responsible for the cost of supplies unless otherwise noted.

  • We are not liable for manufacturer defects or shipping delays of third-party products.

 
7. Liability

While we take great care in handling your possessions, Simple Spaces & Co. is not liable for any damage or loss of personal property that occurs during the organizing process unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

8. Legal Disclaimer

Simple Spaces & Co. is not a licensed mental health or medical provider. While we support clients with ADHD and anxiety through organizing, our services are not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. Always seek advice from qualified professionals for psychological or health-related concerns.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
